Corinthians to receive 375,000 euros after Felipe Augusto move, Fifa payment, Jesse Lingard back | OneFootball

Corinthians had a busy Friday, with fresh income due from Felipe Augusto’s transfer and a Fifa payment linked to Memphis Depay, plus Jesse Lingard’s return to the club.

According to Meu Timao, the club will receive 375,000 euros after academy product Felipe Augusto completed a 15 million euro switch to Zenit, of Russia. The transfer value is about R$ 88.6 million, and Corinthians’ share equates to roughly R$ 2.2 million.

Fifa will also pay 20,000 dollars, around R$ 103,000, to the Parque São Jorge side following Depay’s qualification for the World Cup knockout stage.

Lingard reported back at CT Dr. Joaquim Grava for the second half of the year. He had been expected to arrive in Brazil on Thursday, but a flight issue from England delayed his return.

His arrival concluded a day of movement on and off the pitch for Corinthians.
