Coventry City beat Wrexham 3-1 at home on Sunday to stay top of the Championship.
In the 19th minute, Brandon Thomas-Asante turned in Ephron Mason-Clark's cross to open the scoring. Oliver Rathbone levelled for the visitors (25.) after Issa Kabore's cut-back.
Before the break, George Thomason struck the post as Wrexham pressed. After the restart, Danny Ward kept them in it with a low save from Haji Wright's header.
A double change swung it. Substitute Victor Torp bent a free-kick into the top left corner (80.) after Mason-Clark won the set piece.
Ephron Mason-Clark sealed the result in the fourth minute of second half stoppage time, slotting in from Frank Onyeka's through ball.
Coventry City controlled long spells, finishing with 60.8% possession and six shots on target. Wrexham registered 13 attempts but worked the goalkeeper only twice.
Next, Coventry City visit Watford. Wrexham host Middlesbrough.
