Saudi outfit Al-Nassr are keen to reunite former Barcelona star Iñigo Martínez with a current member of Hansi Flick’s squad next summer.

That’s according to Fichajes, who highlight Robert Lewandowski as the player in question.

Veteran frontman Lewandowski is of course widely expected to be on the move next summer.

This comes with those behind the scenes at Barcelona having little intention of offering the 37-year-old an extension to his expiring contract terms.

A whole host of clubs from across world football, in turn, are understood to be keeping a close eye on Lewandowski’s situation.

And as alluded to above, if the latest word stemming from the Spanish media is anything to go by, one such suitor come from the Saudi Pro League.

As per a report from Fichajes, amid an ongoing search for reinforcements up top, Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr have set their sights on Barca’s aging goalscorer.

The Riyadh-based outfit are ready to offer Lewandowski a massive salary to take his talents to the Middle East next summer.

This of course comes just months on from Al-Nassr landing another Blaugrana star, in Iñigo Martínez.
