Croatian paperwork reaches FPF, clearing Cardoso Varela's registration

Cardoso Varela is about to make his debut for FC Porto B. FIFA has already given the green light to the entire process, while the Croatian federation has sent the necessary documentation to the Portuguese Football Federation. Everything was dealt with in time for the winger to be included by João Brandão in the squad for this Sunday’s match against Farense. However, the regulations stipulate that the FPF can only register players on working days, so the process will only be completed on Monday.

After missing the opening round against Lusitânia Lourosa and this Sunday’s clash with the Algarve side, Cardoso Varela could wear the FC Porto shirt again in an official match during the visit to Feirense, scheduled for the 24th.
