Crystal Palace defender Borna Sosa linked with move back to Germany

1. FC Köln are weighing up a late offer for Crystal Palace left-back Borna Sosa, according to Sky Germany.

The former Stuttgart defender is no longer part of the Premier League club’s plans and could leave before Tuesday’s deadline in search of regular playing time elsewhere.

Köln are also working on another potential signing from the Premier League, with the club reportedly close to completing a loan deal for Tottenham winger Mikey Moore.

Sosa was a key player for Stuttgart before leaving the Bundesliga to join Ajax for a reported €8 million in 2023.

Following a loan spell at Torino, the Croatia international moved on to Crystal Palace last summer for a reported €2.3 million fee and has since made 18 appearances for the English club.
