Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest and Villarreal submit offer for AC Milan’s Youssouf Fofana | OneFootball

AC Milan’s Youssouf Fofana (27) is attracting a lot of interest. According to Foot Mercato, Nottingham Forest, Crystal Palace and Villarreal have each submitted an offer to the Italian club in their bid to sign the Frenchman. Real Betis and Ipswich Town are also said to be monitoring the midfielder’s situation.

In search of funds to compensate for their absence from the Champions League, the Lombardy-based club’s management are reportedly open to letting the former AS Monaco player leave. A sum of between €18m and €20m could be enough to convince them to let the number 19 go.

Having joined Milan from the Principality club in the summer of 2024 for €26m, Fofana has established himself as a key member of the Rossoneri squad.

Having made 52 appearances during his first season at San Siro, the player who came through the ranks at RC Strasbourg-Alsace added a further 36 matches – 29 of them as a starter – during his second season.
