Palace are on a run of 18 games without defeat across all competitions ahead of their first-ever European fixture
Crystal Palace kickstart their Conference League campaign away to Dynamo Kyiv on Thursday night.
Despite a difficult summer transfer window and a number of injuries to several keys players, including Ismaila Sarr and Adam Wharton, Palace have started the season well.
With Sarr back from a hamstring injury and back on the scoresheet, Palace extended their unbeaten run in all competitions to 18 games with a dramatic 2-1 win over Liverpool at the weekend.
Oliver Glasner was able to call upon Sarr, as well as summer signing Yeremy Pino, who was withdrawn at half-time against West Ham, against the reigning Premier League champions. With Wharton also back to fitness following a groin issue, Palace are at close to full strength for their trip to Poland.
Due to the war in Ukraine, Dynamo Kyiv will host Palace at the Lublin Arena in Poland for the Eagles’ first-ever major European fixture.
Dynamo Kyiv have enjoyed a similarly strong start to the season and are also unbeaten, sitting just two points behind league leaders Shakhtar Donetsk.
Cheick Doucoure, Chadi Riad, and Caleb Kporha remain long-term absentees for Palace, while goalkeeper Walter Benitez has missed the last two games, having dislocated his finger during their penalty shoot-out victory over Millwall in the Carabao Cup.
Glasner has previously complained about how his squad will handle playing two games a week after struggling to adequately reinforce their squad in the transfer market.
However, with a fully fit and fully firing starting XI to pick from against Dynamo Kyiv, Glasner will be confident Palace can start their European campaign on the front foot.
Crystal Palace predicted XI (3-4-3): Henderson; Richards, Lacroix, Guehi (c); Munoz, Wharton, Kamada, Sosa; Sarr, Pino, Mateta
Injured: Doucoure (knee), Riad (knee), Benitez (dislocated finger), Kporha (back)
