According to L'Équipe, Dayot Upamecano was sent off against Italy, and the remaining 21 France players are available to host Belgium on Monday, 20.45.

After a late return to Clairefontaine, Saturday was largely about recovery. Those who featured in the 1-1 draw with Italy received indoor treatment in the afternoon, others went for a bike ride. Non-starters undertook a more intense pitch session.

On Sunday evening, Zinédine Zidane will lead the final training session at the national centre, having attended the morning pre-match press conference. Upamecano was dismissed late on for a second yellow and is automatically suspended for the next game. He left Clairefontaine at 9.30 on Saturday and rejoined Bayern.

All other squad members are fit, and Zidane could make several changes to his starting line-up.

It is not ruled out that he could hand Guillaume Restes, Mike Maignan’s deputy for this camp, a first cap.
