Tete Yengi headed in the 85th minute to earn Livingston a 2-2 draw with Dundee.
Introduced from the bench (82.), the towering forward immediately offered a penalty-box target. He then met Macaulay Tait's cross following a corner to head in from close range (85.).
Yengi continued to tilt the tie in the closing moments. He won a free kick in the fifth minute of second half stoppage time, easing pressure as Dundee pushed on.
The substitute finished with one attempt, one on target, three touches in the box, two possessions won and one tackle, underlining an efficient, impact cameo.
With Livingston delivering 29 crosses, his aerial presence gave David Martindale's side a different route against Dundee's back line when it mattered.
Livingston visit St Mirren next. Dundee travel to Motherwell.
