DFB-Pokal second round draw: Bayern host Magdeburg, Dortmund face Bremen

Bayern Munich will host 1. FC Magdeburg in the DFB-Pokal second round, while Borussia Dortmund face Werder Bremen after this evening's draw.
According to BuLi News, the draw took place at the German Football Museum in Dortmund, with Bastian Schweinsteiger conducting proceedings and DFB vice-president Peter Frymuth overseeing.
The round features four all-Bundesliga ties, including Hamburger SV against Eintracht Frankfurt, Cologne versus Union Berlin, and SC Freiburg at home to VfL Wolfsburg. VfB Stuttgart travel to SC Paderborn.

SG Sonnenhof Großaspach host Augsburg, SSV Jeddeloh II welcome Hertha BSC, Rot-Weiss Essen face RB Leipzig, and SV Elversberg meet Darmstadt 98.
All 16 second-round ties are scheduled around Wednesday, 28 October.
