Dia and Ratkov ‘to depart permanently’ if loan clauses are triggered | OneFootball

Lazio want permanent exits for Boulaye Dia and Petar Ratkov next summer, but that depends on their loan clauses being triggered.

Il Corriere dello Sport reports that Dia’s Rennes loan converts if the French club stay up, while Ratkov must reach 20 appearances and 15 goals at Levante.

Dia has been on the books since 2024, initially doing fairly well behind Taty Castellanos before struggling as a centre-forward. Ratkov arrived in January and did not get a real run under Maurizio Sarri, so he failed to open his account.

Both left in the final days of the summer window, Dia to Stade Rennais and Ratkov to Levante, as loans with obligations to buy. Lazio replaced them with Andrea Pinamonti and Albert Gudmundsson.

Rennes are fifth in Ligue 1 with 10 points from five games, and a permanent Dia sale would be worth €8 million. Ratkov’s clause carries a €13 million fee, and he has made two outings for Levante without scoring.
