- Isabel Kasis: She made her debut with the Potosinas in the Apertura 2019. She joined Chivas for the Apertura 2022 and remained at the club for two tournaments before eventually returning to the place where her career began.

- Zellyka Arce: The midfielder developed in the Rojiblanco academy also spent time with Atlético San Luis. She debuted with the Rebaño in the Apertura 2017 and lifted the first Liga MX Femenil trophy in club history. She played for the San Luis side during the Apertura 2023 and Clausura 2024.

- Daniela Carrandi: The forward is another player who began her career in Guadalajara. She became a champion in 2017 before joining the Potosí side, where she played for nine tournaments.

- Itzia Tenahua: She played for Guadalajara for one semester in 2019, while she represented Atlético San Luis for two years.
