Lille, Rennes and Toulouse have been cleared by the DNCG with no financial measures after their review, leaving LOSC free to focus on the summer window.
The DNCG said on Thursday that no action would be taken against the three Ligue 1 clubs.
The Direction nationale du contrôle de gestion, an independent commission overseeing the finances of professional clubs, conducts these audits.
Lille finished third in the league, qualifying directly for the Champions League.
Rennes ended the campaign sixth and Toulouse ninth, both inside the top half.
