According to BuLi News, Borussia Dortmund are monitoring Ajax prospect Rayane Bounida as a summer target. The Belgian-born Moroccan can operate across the attack, and the Westphalians have had a quiet window by their standards.

The report notes BVB have other transfer priorities and sales to complete before making any move for Bounida.

Ajax have not ruled out a sale, though they do not want the attacking midfielder to leave cheaply. His contract runs until 2028.

Bounida made his Ajax debut in December 2024 and has played 29 games, recording two goals and nine assists. The right-footed 20-year-old has featured centrally and on both wings.

He made his Morocco debut at the end of May but missed out on the World Cup.

Dortmund’s preferred solution for the attacking midfield role remains Konstantinos Karetsas. BVB have an agreement with the 18-year-old, but are yet to reach terms with KRC Genk.
