Fiorentina have a growing issue at centre-forward as Moise Kean has made it clear that he wishes to leave the club to join Como and now it is becoming clear that Inter will not entertain offers for Ange-Yoan Bonny, who had been among the Viola’s list of ideal replacements.

Fiorentina problem at centre-forward: Kean wants out and Inter won’t sell Bonny

According to reports from multiple outlets on Wednesday, Kean arrived late to Viola Park this morning and has made it clear that he does not wish to continue training with Fiorentina.

This comes following reports on Tuesday that Como have submitted an improved offer worth €40m total for the Italy national team striker, believed to be worth €35m plus €5m in bonuses. Fiorentina reportedly want €45m if they are to sell Kean this summer.

To make matters more complicated for Fiorentina, Wednesday’s reports confirm that Inter do not have any intention to part ways with centre-forward Bonny, who had been among Fiorentina’s list of potential replacements in the event that Kean is sold.

According to the Corriere della Sera, Inter consider the Frenchman to be ‘unsellable’, even if he finds himself behind Lautaro Martinez, Marcus Thuram and Pio Esposito in the Nerazzurri pecking order.

Inter could still sell players before the close of the summer transfer window, but the Corriere dello Sport claims that Luis Henrique and Kristjan Asllani are the most likely candidates to be cut from Cristian Chivu’s squad. Yanis Massolin also has interest from Ligue 1.

As for Fiorentina, who have already brought in Mateo Pellegrino this summer as a replacement for Roberto Piccoli, the potential alternatives to Bonny include Everton’s Beto, free agent Mauro Icardi, Chelsea’s Emanuel Emegha and RB Leipzig’s Conrad Harder.
