It’s a Pep Guardiola special-edition as the boss celebrates 1,000 games in management.

So Andy and Jez have selected the front cover image of the manager, which has a four-page gatefold pullout showcasing the achievement of 1,000 matches as well as a poppy as we mark Remembrance Sunday.

The band also write a personal tribute to the hugely-successful City boss and there’s an interview with the duo as they talk about their memories of following the club, including their nostalgic musings on Maine Road and a trio of memorable, historic games.

Andy and Jez also select their City Dream Teams and pick their Top 5 Maine Road gigs, featuring giants of the music world.

Our ‘Big Feature’ also features Doves as they tell us why City is the coolest club in the world.

On the subject of Pep, the regular columns of legend Mike Summerbee and commentator Alistair Mann pay tribute to the Catalan and there’s a look at his career in the dugout as we hear from journalists covering Barcelona, Bayern Munich and City about his genius.

The main interview, on the player front, is Oscar Bobb while there's an in-depth looks at our visitors, Liverpool.

There’s a wealth of other great content within the 84 pages.

Gary James brings us ‘Five, 15, 50’ focusing on seasonal highlights from those specific years while there’s also the usual focus on what’s happening across our other teams - EDS, Under-18s and Women’s.

Make sure you get your hands on the official matchday programme, which costs £4, because it really is the perfect way to get you in the mood for the big game.

As well as being available for purchase at the ground, supporters who may not be able to attend the game can also order it online.

What’s more, fans will also be able to order a programme subscription, with three bundle opportunities available.
