Collinson has a big future ahead of her and she will continue her development with Durham after signing professional terms with the club.

After signing her first professional contract with Durham, Collinson said “I’m over the moon. I’ve been at the club since I was nine and it’s what I’ve worked towards since joining.

“Durham has a special place in mine and my family’s heart, so that makes it even more special.

“Personally, I just want to do everything I can to help the team score goals and just help wherever I can. Hopefully, the team can finish as high as possible.”

Further Durham squad news will be announced in due course.
