Frank Lampard was named Championship Manager of the Season at the EFL Awards after guiding Coventry City back to the Premier League for the first time in 25 years in his first full campaign at the club.

Coventry’s consistency across the season secured promotion with games to spare, marking a major milestone in the Sky Blues’ recent resurgence.

Hayden Hackney picked up the Championship Player of the Season award following an outstanding campaign for Middlesbrough. The 23-year-old midfielder contributed five goals and eight assists, while also playing a key role in controlling matches from the centre of the pitch during Boro’s promotion push.

In League One, Michael Skubala was recognised as Manager of the Season after leading Lincoln City to promotion to the Championship for the first time in 65 years. Meanwhile, Dom Ballard enjoyed a memorable night, winning both Player of the Season and Young Player of the Season after scoring 22 goals in 38 appearances for Leyton Orient.

League Two honours went to Andy Woodman, who guided Bromley to a historic promotion to League One, and Aaron Drinan, whose 22-goal haul earned him Player of the Season recognition.

Elsewhere, the Young Player of the Season awards were claimed by Jordan James in the Championship and Daniel Kanu in League Two.
