We can now confirm ticket and ballot information for our Carabao Cup Round Three away fixture against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday 9th September, KO 8pm.

Our ticket allocation for this fixture will be digital tickets.

A digital ticket will be emailed to each ticket holder. Digital tickets will be sent out by close of business on Monday 7th September. Digital tickets can only be downloaded once. Please note, screenshots of digital tickets will not work.

All supporters are encouraged to arrive early for this game and ensure that they have downloaded their digital ticket to their Apple /Google wallet on their smartphone before arriving at Stamford Bridge.

Any supporters who require assistance with their digital tickets on matchday, must ensure that they travel with their photo identification as this will be required by the Chelsea Box Office team to verify that they are the ticket owner.

AWAY SEASON TICKET HOLDERS:

Any Away Season Ticket Holders who are enrolled on the Away Auto Cup Scheme will automatically have their payment card charged and their ticket dispatched.

Away Season Ticket Holders not enrolled on the Away Auto Cup Scheme are guaranteed a ticket, but must purchase their reserved away ticket online between 10am on Thursday 3rd September and 9am on Saturday 5th September.

How to purchase a reserved away ticket:

1. Login to your online ticketing account – Click here 2. Hover over your name (top right) and click ‘My Account’ 3. Click ‘Reservations’ 4. Select the Chelsea ticket and click the ‘Confirm Reservation’ button 5. Proceed and pay for your ticket.

BALLOT APPLICATION DATES:

Due to the limited timescales, the usual sales window is shorter for this fixture.

Online ballot application dates:

Thursday 3rd September - Tracker Ballot

Ballot opens at 10am and closes at midnight Supporters who attended 6 or more away games in the 2025/26 season can apply 50% chance of success

Friday 4th September - Tracker Ballot Run

Tracker ballot will be run and successful applicants notified by midday.

Friday 4th September - Season Ticket Holders / Members Ballots

Separate ballots will open at 1pm; one for Season Ticket Holders and one for My Leeds Members. These ballots will close for applications at midnight.

Season Ticket Holders and Members who are unsuccessful with their Tracker Ballot application can submit a further application during this window.

Saturday 5th September - Season Ticket Holders / Members Ballots Run

The Season Ticket Holders and Members ballots will be run and successful applicants notified by midday.

Please note, we can only guarantee that we can allocate adjoining seats for those supporters who apply within the same ballot application.

Please note that all supporters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Any supporter under the age of 16 unaccompanied by an 18 year will not be allowed entry to the stadium. All supporters regardless of age will need a valid ticket.

Accessible Tickets

There are 30 wheelchair spaces, these are priced at the above relevant age category with a free personal assistant where required. Ambulant seating is available.

Accessible Parking 9 accessible car parking spaces are available, (6 Stamford bridge underground, and 3 Fulham Broadway) they can be pre-booked on a first come first basis via Chelsea FC online form found here and is available to both home and away supporters. Supporters can apply until 3 days prior to the fixture.

Refunds

The deadline for any match ticket refunds for this fixture is midday on Monday 7th September.

Coaches

There is a limited area for supporter coaches in Chelsea FC coach park area (Imperial Road). Imperial Road is now part of the South Fulham Traffic Congestion and Pollution Reduction Zone, so access is usually restricted to borough residents and other specially authorised vehicles. To ensure a coach parking space is allocated and avoid the risk of incurring a Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) please following this link Book Coach Parking – Chelsea FC - Coach Parking – Imperial Road (gotocsp.com).
Please note Chelsea FC cannot accommodate more than 20 away supporter coaches. All coach and minibuses must be booked onto the system no later than 12 noon, three days prior the fixture date.
Coach drivers are required to remain with their vehicle throughout the match in case they need to move it.

Bag Policy

Supporters are reminded that no bags larger than A4 will be permitted into the stadium. This equates to 30cm x 20cm x 10cm, about the size of a standard handbag.
Please note there is no baggage deposit facilities available for any larger baggage items.

Away Section

The entire away section is designated a safe standing area, and supporters will have an allocated position that they must occupy. Supporters in safe standing area are required to comply with our Supporter Code of Conduct, a copy of which is available at www.chelseafc.com/tickets/conditionsofissue.
