Up to eight players could be missing when Crystal Palace host Leeds United at Selhurst Park this weekend. According to Leeds Live, the Eagles are dealing with an injury crisis while Leeds have only two absentees.

For Leeds, Daniel Farke has Mateo Joseph and Joe Rodon sidelined. Joseph has been out since an anterior cruciate ligament injury in April and is not expected back until 2027. Rodon suffered a hamstring problem in the 1-1 draw with Brentford.

Farke said it is a serious hamstring injury and that Rodon will be out for eight to 10 weeks, with no return before the next international break. He described it as a big blow. He added that it puts more pressure to get a wing-back and that James Justin may be needed at centre-back.

Pierre Sage's side could be without six players for the Leeds game and must first come through a Europa League tie with Lech Poznan tonight. Chadi Riad is out long term with a knee injury and is not expected back until next season, while goalkeeper Dean Henderson is set to miss out after an ankle issue. Jean-Philippe Mateta is not expected to return until after the international break.

Axel Disasi is suspended after a red card against Ipswich Town. Eddie Nketiah and Ismaila Sarr are doubts, with Nketiah due further tests and Sarr expected to have returned to training earlier this week.
