Eintracht trio called up for Germany | OneFootball

Noah Atubolu, Jonathan Burkardt and Younes Ebnoutalib are in the Germany squad for the upcoming set of international matches.

The German Football Association (DFB) announced the squad for the upcoming FIFA international window on Thursday morning. New head coach Jürgen Klopp has included three Eintracht Frankfurt players in his 44-man group: Noah Atubolu, Jonathan Burkardt and Younes Ebnoutalib.

Klopp has essentially named two squads: one for the first two games in the UEFA Nations League, and one for the third and fourth fixtures. Viewed that way, Ebnoutalib – who has been selected by Germany for the first time – is in squad one, while Atubolu and Burkardt are part of squad two.

Ebnoutalib and the rest of the 24-man first group will assemble on Monday in Herzogenaurach. 

Atubolu and Burkardt will then link up with the squad after the second match.

Both Atubolu and Ebnoutalib are yet to make their senior international debuts, while Burkardt has made five appearances for the DFB-Team to date.
