England face Panama at 23:00 in their third World Cup Group L match, with Bukayo Saka and Marcus Rashford handed first starts of the tournament. According to L'Équipe, Thomas Tuchel has made several changes, and Declan Rice drops to the bench.

The Three Lions, on four points, will finish, at worst, among the best third-placed teams. The former PSG coach turns to his wingers in place of Noni Madueke and Anthony Gordon after the 0-0 draw with Ghana on Tuesday.

Both flanks are reshaped, with full-backs Reece James and Djed Spence making way. Jarell Quansah starts on the right and Nico O’Reilly on the left.

Rice is left out in favour of Morgan Rogers, deployed as a number 10 behind Harry Kane. Jude Bellingham, who filled that role in the past two matches, drops into the double pivot alongside Elliot Anderson.

England XI: Pickford, O’Reilly, Guéhi, Konsa, Quansah, Bellingham, Anderson, Rashford, Rogers, Saka, Kane (captain).
