England Women have confirmed their 23-player squad for EURO 2025 as they look to retain their title.

The Lionesses have been struck by several blows of late, with former no.1 goalkeeper Mary Earps abruptly announcing her retirement from the international game, and star defender Millie Bright withdrawing from the tournament for health reasons.

However, Sarina Wiegman has still named a very strong squad, with the big news being the inclusion of Lauren James despite her recent injury problems.

Michelle Agyemang is also selected, with the 19-year-old a potential wildcard having scored in her one and only cap for her country.

Khiara Keating and Anna Moorhouse are named as backups to Hannah Hampton, with neither keeper having yet to be capped.

England face Jamaica in their one warm-up game at the King Power Stadium on Sunday, June 29 before kicking off their EUROs defence with a heavyweight match against France a week later on July 5.
