Estevao praises Andrey Santos performance

Once again Enzo Maresca made changes to the line-up as has been the case this season, and Santos was handed his third league start of the season in place of Moises Caicedo.

However, there was no place for Estevao despite scoring twice for Brazil against Senegal and Tunisia over the international break.

Santos was outstanding especially off the ball, and was rightly named man of the match, with the Brazilian really stepping up to fill in for Caicedo.

Neto was full of praise for Santos at full time, and despite not getting on the pitch Estevao was delighted for the 21-year-old.

Chelsea’s teenage sensation posted an eight word message on Instagram saying:

“Very happy for you brother, you deserve it.”

Estevao hoping to feature against Barcelona

After being left on the bench against Burnley, Estevao will be hoping for an opportunity to play against Barcelona on Tuesday night.

The Blues welcome the Spanish champions to Stamford Bridge in a huge Champions League clash, with arguably the two best teenagers in world football set to face off against one another.

Lamine Yamal and Estevao on the same pitch is quite the spectacle and Chelsea fans will be hoping to see the 18-year-old on the team sheet.

However, Maresca faces a difficult decision, and it will be interesting to see which two wingers he decides to go with, as Chelsea look to get three points having drawn to Qarabag last time out.
