Leeds United’s backing was evident at Villa Park and in Tenerife, as Ethan Ampadu saluted the away end after a 1-1 draw and Bremners Bar in Costa Adeje continued to pack in supporters.

Tammy Abraham struck late to level the match, leaving Ampadu frustrated with the result. He then used Instagram to thank the “amazing travelling support”, the player said in a post.

Thousands of miles away, Bremners Bar, a Leeds-themed spot, has become a home from home for supporters on the island. Founded by Traci James, Kevin Ainsworth and their daughter Kira, it serves as a rallying point in Costa Adeje.

Leeds memorabilia lines the walls and there is a strict focus on showing Leeds matches. Around 160 supporters gather on match days, with a record of 194, and the atmosphere is raucous with songs from first whistle to last.

Regulars return on each trip, building a close-knit community that feels like family. From the away end to a sunlit bar, the club’s followers continue to show unwavering backing.
