Eudimilla has been unveiled by Pachuca in Mexico after being sold by Santos’ Sereias da Vila on Monday.

Agência RTI Esporte reports that the forward cost 350,000 dollars, about R$ 2 million, the biggest transfer in Santos women’s history. The previous record was Bruninha’s move to Gotham in 2022 for 25,000 dollars.

Head coach Óscar Torres attended the presentation, alongside former player Mónica Ocampo, an icon of Mexican football, and the player’s representatives.

Eudimilla joined Santos earlier this season on a contract running to the end of 2027. She made 15 appearances with one assist, which came against Fluminense. She featured in 11 Brasileirão rounds, 3 Paulista F matches and one Copa do Brasil tie.

Born in Santa Luzia, Maranhão, the 25-year-old emerged from Chapecoense’s youth set-up before signing for Grêmio, where she earned Brazil Under-20 call-ups and a swift promotion to the senior side.

In 2023 with Ferroviária she was named best forward in the Campeonato Paulista, and later that year received her first senior Brazil call-up. She then moved to Corinthians, impressed initially, but lost opportunities last season, after which, via women’s football coordinator Thais Picarte, came the chance to join Santos.
