Evelin Bonifacio called up for June Brazil Women camp in Itu

Evelin Bonifácio has been called up by Brazil Women head coach Arthur Elias for a training camp in Itu from 15 to 20 June, marking her return to the senior squad.

In April she made her senior debut and was part of the FIFA Series-winning squad. According to Diario Do Peixe, 26 players have been named for the friendlies, with 30 selected for the camp, including Evelin.

Brazil have begun preparations for the 2027 World Cup, which will be staged in the country.

Before the Itu camp, Brazil Women are expected to face the United States twice. The first is on six June at 18:30 at Neo Química Arena, the second on nine June at 21:30 at Arena Castelão.

Evelin is a regular for the Sereias da Vila this season. Santos have extended her contract until the end of 2027.
