The Toffees announced the news via a post on their official club website this afternoon.
The 27-year-old Japanese international has signed on until summer 2027 while Everton have the option to extend the arrangement by a further year.
Hayashi joined Everton in summer 2024 after leaving former club West Ham United. The player has gone on to make a real impact on Merseyside. Hayashi has scored seven goals in 35 outings for The Toffees in the Barclays Women’s Super League.
After extending her contract with Everton, Hayashi said “I am really happy about signing a new contract. I love playing for Everton and I want to contribute to the team in the next seasons and bring a lot of good results. It is such a pleasure to play for Everton. I am really honoured to play here.
“Goodison Park has a lot of history. I went to see men’s matches at Goodison Park last season. I am really glad and happy to play at such an iconic stadium. I would love to win as many games as possible at such a beautiful home.”
Everton are next in action when they travel to London City Lionesses on Sunday.
