Former Giallorossi midfielder Gonzalo Villar hasn’t forgotten about Roma.

Villar wore the Roma shirt between 2020 and 2022. Leading up the match at the Bentegodi, the Giallorossi shared photos of various matches against Hellas Verona to motivate the environment in view of tonight’s match.

One of the photos shows the Spanish footballer celebrating Gianluca Mancini’s goal in a match played in 2021 and won with a result of 3-1.

“I still love you,” the current Granada midfielder wrote in the stories, republishing Roma’s post. He also commented directly on the images shared on the club’s profiles by writing: “For life” with the Giallorossi hearts, underlining his love for these colours.
