Forest Green Rovers are hoping to tie up another loan deal for a Coventry City youngster after completing the signing of Isaac Moore.
Moore has joined the National League side, who are managed by former Derby County midfielder Robbie Savage, on loan for the season.
And Rovers are now hopeful of signing Moore’s team-mate Aidan Dausch for the season.
The 19-year-old forward represents the USA at youth level and has also played for the Coventry first team.
He spent time on loan at National League South side St Albans City last season, where he impressed.
Moore is highly rated at Coventry but suffered two serious injuries which forced him to miss significant game time, and says he is looking forward to get back playing again at Forest Green.
“When I found out it could be possible I wanted to move as quick as possible,” Moore said.
“With the way the club is going, I think it’s a great move for me.
“Being around men’s football is definitely something I wanted to do. I want to start paving my career and I know the place I want to get to so I think this is a great starting point.”
Meanwhile, Hayters.com also understands that Forest Green are braced for interest in their star man Kyle McAllister.
The winger was named in the National League team of the season for the last campaign and is attracting interest from League One and League Two clubs.
But Rovers are reluctant to lose him, with their ambitions firmly set on winning promotion back into the Football League next season.
They have been busy so far this summer, having also today announced the signing of winger Jayden Clarke.
