Cesc Fabregas has been monitored and approached by several clubs in recent weeks, but he is reportedly keen to plan his future with Como and remain at the Stadio Sinigaglia for at least another season.
The Spanish coach’s character in his first year in Serie A, along with his team’s bold playing style, has not gone unnoticed, prompting several clubs to enquire about his availability.

Previous reports had already indicated that Milan had added Fabregas to their shortlist of potential coaching candidates for next season, although he remained an outsider compared to names like Antonio Conte and Massimiliano Allegri.
However, the Rossoneri were not the only side to show interest. As reported by Fabrizio Romano, other top Italian clubs also had their eyes on the former Arsenal midfielder, who even held direct talks with RB Leipzig representatives — though that wasn’t enough to lure him away from Como.

Fabregas is reportedly willing to continue his development with the Lariani, already discussing transfer market strategies with club directors and confident that Como’s spending power will allow them to further raise the bar next season.

The 37-year-old led his current side to Serie A promotion last year and now sits 13th in the table on 39 points, having won their last three matches in a row.
