Liverpool Transfer News: Reds Submit Offer for Crystal Palace Star

Liverpool looked to have set their sights on a move for Yankuba Minteh, but Brighton’s £80m valuation has thrown a spanner in the works.

Such fee has caused Liverpool to shop elswhere, as they look to find another forward to join the anticipated arrival of Bradley Barcoal from PSG.

According to Fabrizio Romano, that new target is Crystal Palace forward Ismaila Sarr.

The 28-year-old enjoyed a stellar season for Crystal Palace last year, scoring 20 goals across all competitions.

£50m for a 28-year-old feels steep, but there’s a serious lack of value in the current market.
