Farioli named I Liga December coach of the month, Mourinho completes podium

Francesco Farioli was voted I Liga coach of the month for December in a poll of the division’s managers.

According to O Jogo, the Italian secured 41.03 per cent of the vote.

Luís Silva, João Nuno’s assistant at Estrela Amadora, finished second on 13.68 per cent, with José Mourinho of Benfica third on 11.11 per cent.

During the period assessed, FC Porto won all four matches.

They scored 10 goals and conceded one.
