FC Barcelona: Hansi Flick raves about Lamine Yamal

On Saturday night, Lamine Yamal dazzled against Villarreal with a hat-trick. Hansi Flick praised his winger.

After FC Barcelona's victory over Villarreal (4-1), Hansi Flick highlighted the contribution of Lamine Yamal. The German coach applauded the impact of the young attacker while already looking ahead to the upcoming clash against Atletico Madrid in the Copa del Rey.

"When you score one goal, the second is much easier to get. I also think that in Lamine’s case, he is very young. He still has to develop, but his talent is enormous. We know it, everyone knows it. Our opponents sometimes put two or three players on him," said the Blaugrana coach at the press conference.

"I think he needed a first shot to get into the game, and what happened next was exceptional. Lamine, at this level, is fantastic for us, and we’ll need him playing like this on Tuesday against Atletico Madrid," he added.
