Without a doubt, Goitseone Phoko was THE star of the day at the AFCON. Even though he conceded a brace from Nicolas Jackson, the Botswana goalkeeper put in a top-class performance with 14 saves!

But it’s also his style that got people talking. With his atypical 1.68m height for a top-level goalkeeper, his slight overweight, and his lowered shorts, the Botswana keeper reminded everyone that there is no standard profile for being a top-level athlete.
