FC Porto setback as Farioli loses Nehuén Pérez for Benfica clash | OneFootball

FC Porto have suffered a blow ahead of Benfica, with Nehuén Pérez sustaining a right thigh muscle injury and ruled out of Sunday’s home match, scheduled for 20:30.

In Wednesday’s session, João Costa and Zaidu were limited to treatment and gym work.

Victor Froholdt, Vasco Sousa, André Miranda and Oskar Pietuszewski followed a conditioned programme, while Samu completed an integrated but conditioned session.

Francesco Farioli drafted in B-team trio Luís Gomes, a defender, and midfielders Tiago Silva and João Teixeira for training.

There is another session on Thursday morning at CTFD Jorge Costa.
