FC Porto sign Emanuel Benjamín from Real Madrid

According to O Jogo, FC Porto have secured the permanent signing of 19-year-old defender Emanuel Benjamín from Real Madrid.

The deal carries no fee, and he will start with Porto's B team.

He has signed a contract for three seasons.

Porto have acquired 60% of his economic rights, with Real Madrid retaining 40% and a right of first refusal on any future offers the club receive.

Real Madrid could also earn up to €750,000 in bonuses if Benjamín meets sporting targets with Porto's first team.
