Federal Police carry out standard check at Corinthians headquarters security provider | OneFootball

Brazil’s Federal Police conducted a standard compliance inspection at Parque São Jorge on Thursday, focusing on the firm that provides security for Corinthians’ social headquarters.

Corinthians said agents inspected documents to verify the provider was properly licensed, then left after confirming compliance.

The company visited is not Bear Security, which features in a complaint by public prosecutor Cássio Conserino accusing president Osmar Stabile of misappropriation over club-funded personal protection, possibly for relatives too. The filing cites R$ 721,000 paid between July 2025 and August 2026 to Bear, which lacks Federal Police registration for private security.

During that investigation, Conserino sent a formal request to the Federal Police to open a federal inquiry into the matter.

When the case reached court, the hiring of protection was justified as connected to the office and to threats. It was presented as a response to risks to the president and his family linked to the presidency.
