Felipe Augusto has hit four goals in his last four outings for Trabzonspor, keeping him in the Turkish top-scorer race after a 2-1 win over Kocaelispor at the weekend.
According to Meu Timao, the Corinthians academy product remains in the hunt among the league’s leading scorers. The run began on 22 December 2025 with a brace in a 4-3 defeat to Gençlerbirligi in the 17th round.
He then struck his side’s sole goal in a 4-1 reverse to Galatasaray in the Turkish Super Cup.
After a scoreless outing in a 6-1 Turkish Cup win over Istanbulspor, he levelled just before half-time in the comeback against Kocaelispor. Attacking from the left, he rose highest to head in from a cross.
Felipe Augusto now has nine goals in 17 league matches, tied for fourth alongside Mauro Icardi of Galatasaray. Eldor Shomurodov leads the chart with 13 for Basaksehir.
Corinthians are following his progress from afar because they are entitled to 2.5% of any transfer under FIFA’s solidarity mechanism. At 21, he could yet be sold, and Türkiye’s window is open until 6 February.
A Corinthians graduate, he joined Cercle Brugge in 2023 before moving to Trabzonspor in July 2025. He recorded nine goals and six assists in 66 games for the Belgians, and has 10 in 20 for Trabzonspor.
