According to Goal.com, the Bayern Munich defender’s representatives have met club officials as the Süper Lig side assesses a deal.

Kim played for Fenerbahçe in 2021-2022, then joined Napoli for around €20 million. After a title-winning 2023 season, he moved to Bayern for €50 million.

At Bayern, he has not been a regular starter since Jonathan Tah’s arrival, and this term he has increasingly been on the bench after partnering Dayot Upamecano last season.

A move in the next window remains possible. Bayern would not stand in his way if a suitable offer emerges, with reports pointing to a fee of around €30 million.

Italian interest is said to be strong, with AC Milan among the admirers. Fenerbahçe would face competition, and any Süper Lig switch could hinge on financial terms.

Kim’s Bayern contract runs until 2028. He is reported to have considered leaving last summer, but stayed to assess his prospects under Vincent Kompany.
