Feyenoord beat Heracles 4-2 on Sunday at Stadion Feijenoord to rise from third to second in the Eredivisie.

Early on, Ayase Ueda had a goal ruled out by VAR for handball. In the 23rd minute, Leo Sauer glanced in Anis Hadj Moussa's cross to open the scoring. Lequincio Zeefuik then drew a penalty after a foul by Jordan Bos, and Luka Kulenović converted from the spot (29.). Bos restored the lead with a close-range finish from Hwang In-beom's pass (35.).
