Fiel praise André, criticise attacking duo after Corinthians 1-0 win over São Bernardo

Corinthians reached the Campeonato Paulista quarter-finals with a 1-0 win at São Bernardo, and André Luiz topped the fans’ ratings. According to Meu Timao, the Notas da Torcida votes put the midfielder out in front after Sunday night’s match at Estádio Primeiro de Maio.
André Luiz scored the only goal. Goalkeeper Hugo Souza made two saves across the 90 minutes and earned the second-highest mark.
Supporters handed André Luiz 8.7, with Hugo Souza on 8.1 and Rodrigo Garro completing the podium on 7.4.
At the other end, forwards Gui Negão and Vitinho drew the lowest numbers. Gui Negão received 3.8 and Vitinho 5.8, and both starters were replaced in the second half.
Coach Dorival Júnior was rated 6.6. Referee Flávio Rodrigues de Souza scored 4.5.
Corinthians visit Athletico Paranaense on Thursday 19 at the Arena da Baixada in a rescheduled second-round Brasileirão match. On 22 (data-base), they face Portuguesa at Canindé in a single-leg Paulista quarter-final.
