FIFA break: Corinthians eye Women's Libertadores, LNF, youth games

In this second week of October, Corinthians continues to be active, even with fewer commitments compared to previous weeks. Between October 6 and 12, the People's Team will only have challenges in the Women's Libertadores, National Futsal League (LNF) and youth categories.

The next Timão game takes place this Wednesday, 8, for the third and final round of the Women's Libertadores group stage. After drawing and winning the first two matches, the Brabas face Independiente Santa Fe-COL in search of qualifying in the first position. The ball rolls at 8pm (Brasília time), at Lencho Stadium.

The second game of the week takes place only on Saturday, October 11, when the Timãozinho takes the field to face Red Bull Bragantino for the Paulistão Sub-17. The match takes place at Alfredo Schürig Stadium, Fazendinha, starting at 11am.

On the same day, the Brabinhas face ABEC at Ildeu Silvestre do Carmo Municipal Stadium, in Itaquaquecetuba, a municipality in Greater São Paulo. The challenge takes place for the Women's Paulistão Sub-17, starting at 3pm.

To close the week, Corinthians begins the knockout path in the LNF. On Sunday, the 12th, the People's Team visits Carlos Barbosa for the first leg of the championship's round of 16. The decisive match takes place at the Sérgio Luiz Guerra Center Gymnasium, starting at 11am.

It is worth mentioning that, if the Brabas advance in the Libertadores, the quarterfinals match should take place between the 11th and 12th, depending on the classification at the end of the group stage. Follow the Central do Timão to stay on top of all the details of the continental competition.
