In a game of relatively few chances, it was Pedri who came out on top in Attacking Impact with a score of 5.7.

The Spain midfielder completed four ball progressions, three take-ons and had two attempts on goal.

Creativity Influence: Pedri

Pedri was the attacking, and creative, heart of Spain's play on Monday, leading the way in this category too with 7.9.

The Barcelona man was a constant source of threat in the attacking third, leading the way for cross threat and completing 20 midfield unit line breaks.

Defending Influence: Sidny Lopes Cabral

It was a team effort for Cabo Verde to claim this historic draw, but Sidny Lopes Cabral's score of 7.8 sees him top of the Defensive Influence chart.

Ten possession regains is the headline here but Cabral's discipline all afternoon helped limit Spain's attacking threat.

Group G

Belgium 1-1 Egypt

Attacking Impact: Emam Ashour

With an impressive score of 8.8 it's Egypt's Emam Ashour who takes top spot.

His game-state changing goal in the first half put his country on the way towards an invaluable point.

Creativity Influence: Mohamed Salah

Mohamed Salah was the game's main creative spark, contributing heavily towards his side's draw.

The birthday boy completed five progressive passes as well as an assist to claim a score of 8.5.

Defending Influence: Mohanad Lashin

Another Egyptian who starred in Seattle, Mohanad Lashin topped the Defensive Influence standings thanks to his 100 per cent success rate in duels won.

Lashin also completed nine tackles in the defensive third for an overall score of 7.1.

Group H

Saudi Arabia 1-1 Uruguay

Attacking Impact: Maxi Araújo

Maxi Araújo's clinical second half finish was enough to see him top the charts here with a score of 8.8.

The Uruguayan was a constant threat down the left-hand side with his equaliser the cherry on top of the cake.

Creativity Influence: Salem Aldawsari

Salem Aldawsari was key to Saudi Arabia's ability to progress the ball up the pitch, playing seven progressive passes in the game.

His six midfield unit line breaks saw him come out with a score of 7.1.

Defending Influence: Mathías Olivera

With six aerial duels won and nine defensive third blocks, it's no wonder that Mathías Olivera scored 7.3.

The Uruguayan defender was a colossus all match, limiting Saudi Arabia to just one goal.

Group G

IR Iran 2-2 New Zealand

Attacking Impact: Elijah Just

Two goals from two attempts made Elijah Just the most decisive attacking player in Los Angeles.

The Motherwell man scored 8.8 thanks, not only to his goal, but his constant threat in the final third.

Creativity Influence: Ramin Rezaeian

With a phenomenal 16 progressive passes, IR Iran's Ramin Rezaeian takes the creative crown.

A score of 8.97 highlights his brilliance with five defensive unit line breaks to boot.

Defending Influence: Finn Surman

Six clearances won and ranked first for tackle threat and defending in the defensive third, Finn Surman was heroic at the back for New Zealand.

The classy Kiwi scored 7.03 for Defensive Influence and was a huge reason why the All Whites came away with a point.

At the FIFA World Cup 2026™, FIFA launched a new individual player ranking system based on data collected during matches. The FIFA Power Rankings provide objective, data-driven insight into player performance.

All outfield players will receive a score between 0-10 in three categories (attacking, creativity and defending). Goalkeepers will be scored in two categories: in possession and defending the goal. A ‘Power Ranking Classification’ will be produced after each match round, showing the top 100 players in each category. The Power Ranking is considered as a measure of match and tournament performance: each player receives a score for each match and for their overall performance in the tournament.
