Fifteen sides have reached the Copa do Brasil Feminina 2026 last 16, with São Paulo and Mauaense to decide the final place on 6 July. Those advancing secured R$ 100,000.
According to Globo.com, the round of 16 fixtures and home advantage will be set by a draw on a date to be confirmed.
The São Paulo tie was delayed after the STJD annulled Mauaense versus Itacoatiara due to an irregularly awarded goal. Footage showed the ball entering through the side netting before resting in the goal. Mauaense won the replay and advanced to face São Paulo in the third phase.
Through already are 3B da Amazônia, Atlético-MG, Atlético-PI, Bahia, Botafogo, Bragantino, Coritiba, Corinthians, Cruzeiro, Ferroviária, Flamengo, Fluminense, Grêmio, Itabirito and Vitória, plus São Paulo or Mauaense.
Key dates are 27 May for the third phase, 22 July for the last 16, 5 and 19 August for the quarter-finals, 4 and 8 November for the semi-finals, and 11 and 15 November for the finals.
The competition features 66 teams across seven stages. From the preliminaries to the last 16 it is single leg with penalties after a draw, then two legs from the quarters. Lower-tier A3 and A2 entrants have now been joined by the top flight.
The tournament returned in 2025 after nine years away. São José-SP and Santos are the record winners with two titles, while holders Palmeiras claimed their first crown by beating Ferroviária 4-2 in last year’s final.
