Find out how much Corinthians earned from winning the Supercopa do Brasil

With goals from defender Gabriel Paulista and forward Yuri Alberto, Corinthians defeated Flamengo, on the afternoon of last Sunday (1), with a score of 2 x 0, at the Mané Garrincha Stadium, in a match valid for the 2026 Supercopa do Brasil. With this result, the club from Parque São Jorge won its second trophy of the tournament. The first was in January 1991, also against the Rubro-Negro, at Morumbi, when they won 1 x 0, with a goal from former midfielder Neto.

For winning the national title, Corinthians is expected to receive around R$ 11.55 million. Of this total, R$ 6.35 million was distributed by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) as a fixed quota, just for participating in the tournament. Additionally, the Alvinegro will collect another R$ 5.2 million (US$ 1 million), sent by Conmebol to the Supercopa winner.

It is worth remembering that forward Memphis Depay is set to receive R$ 4.7 million related to title bonuses stipulated in his contract with Corinthians, signed in September 2024. The number 10 has over 30 goal contributions in 67 matches wearing the Corinthians jersey. In total, so far, three titles have been won: Campeonato Paulista (2025), Copa do Brasil (2025), and Supercopa do Brasil (2026).

Now, the club from Parque São Jorge will return to the field this Thursday (5), at 8:30 PM (Brasília time), to face Capivariano, at the Neo Química Arena, for the sixth round of the first phase of the Campeonato Paulista. Currently, the Corinthians team, with one game less compared to other opponents, occupies the seventh overall position with eight points – only the top eight qualify for the knockout stage.
