Fiorentina are advancing a move for Manchester United’s Joshua Zirkzee.

Tuttomercatoweb reports that the deal is edging closer. Initial contact with Zirkzee’s camp was led by Fabio Paratici.

La Viola have put forward a €five million loan with an option to buy, and the clubs are haggling over the figure for that clause. Fiorentina are also speaking with the forward’s entourage.

The push comes as Moise Kean is expected to depart, with Como pressing to sign him. The forward missed training yesterday as he looks to drive that move.

Juventus have explored Zirkzee too, but their approach is on hold. They are yet to sell Jonathan David, a departure that was expected to unlock a move, which has left Fiorentina with the initiative.
