Fiorentina are keen on signing Croatia international Dominik Livaković and have made an offer for the goalkeeper.
Fabrizio Romano has reported that while Dinamo Zagreb are also speaking to other clubs for the goalkeeper, Fiorentina’s offer has also been put forward. La Viola have offered a fee of €6 million plus add-ons for the 28-year-old and they are now in talks with the Croatian club for a permanent move.
Fiorentina had Pierluigi Gollini in the side till January last season but the ex-Tottenham man then moved to Napoli, as La Viola signed veteran Salvatore Sirigu. Pietro Terraciano remains the club’s first-choice goalkeeper but it seems as if he could get deposed as the first-choice between the sticks next season – as he was when La Viola had Bartłomiej Drągowski acting as the regular keeper.
Livaković has established himself as a star of the Croatian national team and last season, he was a regular in the league for Dinamo Zagreb and also played six games in the Champions League.
