First details of PSG's 2027-2028 home shirt

While the 2027-2028 season is still a long way off, information is already emerging about Paris Saint-Germain’s home kit. The very reliable Footy Headlines reported this Tuesday that it knows the colors that will be used for this strip.

“Main color: Paris Saint-Germain’s home kit for the 2027-2028 season will feature a ‘Bright Blue’ base, a vibrant shade already used for the club’s kit in 2025-2026. Accent colors: The kit will pair this bright blue with ‘Dark Obsidian’ (a very dark navy blue) and white for the details; red is also expected to appear in small touches, although it does not feature in the official lists.”

This outlet is particularly accurate when it comes to the kits of various clubs, so it is reasonable to think that this will indeed be the color base used for the 2027-2028 season. That still leaves plenty of possibilities for the design. However, it already moves slightly away from the historic pattern, since there is no red. It remains to be seen whether the famous stripe on the home shirt will also be set aside in favor of a major change after several traditional kits. Or even vintage ones, as in this 2026-2027 season.
