Fit again, Ryan Francisco returns for São Paulo under-20s

This Wednesday, forward Ryan Francisco returned to the pitch after a nine-month spell on the sidelines. The 19-year-old came on in the second half of São Paulo’s win over Fluminense in the Brazilian Under-20 Championship.

Since July 2025, when the injury occurred, Ryan Francisco underwent ligament reconstruction surgery and treatment for a meniscus injury in his left knee. After that, the forward went through the entire physical transition process, with a gradual increase in workload. São Paulo trained this Thursday afternoon. Ryan took part in the activities with the squad.
